PRICES
Prices vary depending on the characteristics (number of beds, location etc.), category and the fixtures and facilities of the apartment.
BOOKING
1. The apartment is rented solely for the number of persons (including children from 0-12 years of age) specified upon booking. For any addition persons staying in the apartment at any time during the booked period, the proprietor is entitled to apply a price supplement.
2. Bookings are only confirmed, determining the location of the apartment and the period requested, upon receipt of the deposit. The deposit, which may be up to 25% of the total cost agreed, must be paid within 7 days of making the booking.
A copy of the proof of payment must be sent to the proprietor by fax, email or other means. The proprietor will then give confirmation of the booking.
Always remember to confirm any agreements made in writing.
POLICY CANCELLATION
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
In case of cancellation of the reservation:
- within 15 days of arrival the full amount of the deposit will be refunded and there will be no cancellation costs
- from 14 to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the deposit can be used to book another stay within the end of the current season in the same apartment or another one available.
- from 6 to 0 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the 80% of your total amount will be charged.
HANDING OVER OF KEYS
Upon arrival, all guests, including minors, must present an identity document and provide all the necessary information for their registration.
The guests must also pay the remainder of the rental fee agreed in full.
The proprietor or lessor is entitled to request a precautionary deposit which will be returned to the client upon departure if no damage to the rented property and/or its fixtures is found.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
To allow the proprietor time to inspect and clean the property, please note that:
- tenants may take occupancy of the apartment between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm on the day of arrival
- tenants must vacate the apartment before 9:00 am on the day of departure
Guests are kindly requested to respect these times. Any changes will only be possible subject to prior arrangement with the proprietor.
Please note that no refunds are possible in the event of late arrival or early departure.
